We want every child and family to enjoy a safe, comfortable and happy experience at Ollieland.
Sign your waiver before you arrive
A valid waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before a child enters the play area - sign online to make check-in quicker.
Play guidelines
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible parent or guardian at all times.
Please follow all age, height and safety requirements displayed throughout the playground.
Children should use equipment appropriately and follow instructions from Ollieland team members.
Food, drinks, chewing gum and sharp objects are not permitted inside the play structures.
Please remove jewellery or other items that may cause injury before entering the play areas where appropriate.
Children who are unwell should not enter the playground.
Please be considerate of other children and families. Unsafe, aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in a guest being asked to leave the play area.
All guests must follow instructions from Ollieland staff relating to safety and use of the facilities.
Ollieland Grip Socks
Only official Ollieland Grip Socks are permitted in our play areas - required for hygiene and safety. Other brands can't be used in the play areas. Please remember to bring your Ollieland socks when you visit again.
Parent & guardian supervision
Ollieland is designed as a family space - parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children throughout their visit. Our team helps maintain a safe environment, but does not provide individual childcare.
