How long is a play session?
A standard Ollieland play session is 2 hours. Additional play time may be purchased subject to availability and capacity.
Do adults need to pay?
Adult admission arrangements are linked to the child's admission and are subject to Ollieland's current admission policy. Each child admission includes entry for up to two accompanying adults.
Do children and parents need grip socks?
Yes. Only official Ollieland Grip Socks may be worn in our play areas, to help us maintain consistent hygiene and safety standards.
Can we bring our Ollieland Grip Socks back for another visit?
Absolutely. Please keep them and bring them with you on your next Ollieland adventure.
Do parents need to supervise their children?
Yes. Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or responsible guardian throughout their visit.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before a child enters the play areas. You can complete the waiver online before arriving.
Can I host a birthday party at Ollieland?
Yes! Ollieland offers birthday and celebration options. Please visit our Parties page or contact our team for more information.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Ollieland. Our café offers a selection of food, snacks and drinks - exceptions may be made for baby food or specific dietary/medical needs.
What should my child wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for active play. Ollieland Grip Socks must be worn in the play areas.
